Damaged Item?

If your ceramic piece arrives damaged, please email me right away with pictures of the box condition and the broken piece. I will try my hardest to fix the situation by making a new piece (if time allows) or refunding your purchase.

Lost/Stolen Item?

As a small business owner I reserve the right to deny a refund for missing packages. If your tracking number notifies me that your package was delivered, but you do not find it at your mailbox/home, I have no power to track the package, or replace the item. I no longer have knowledge to where the package may be or what happened when it arrived.  Please contact your local USPS for more information on filing a claim for your missing item. 

Watch your tracking numbers! If you live in an apartment, on a busy street, or know you won't be home for the delivery, please contact me after purchasing an item and request insurance or signature confirmation on your package. Package theft is on the rise as online shopping has become more popular. It is now a problem all shoppers and sellers have to worry about, even in small, quiet neighborhoods. If you have any doubts about packages being safely delivered, please contact me and we can figure out a way to get your package delivered safely. 

Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly accept returns. The buyer is responsible for mailing the unwanted item back in it's original packaging safely. I will issue a full refund when I receive the returned item. Please reach out to me if you have any issues with your order upon it's arrival. Thank you!
